This course covers US/metric conversions, algebraic formula rearrangement, application of trigonometric functions, classes of fit, solution of chordal elements, solution of geometric elements, and applications of ratios and proportions. This course covers advanced measurement and inspection, advanced machining operations, and in-depth study of jigs and fixtures (i.e.: applications, design, construction, and assembly), specialized workholding systems, and cost estimating. Prerequisites: MFGT 110, MFGT 113 and Parametric Modeling Elective. Typically Offered Spring only.
