Emphasizes careful reading and discussion of the texts, with critical skills being applied particularly to the analysis of female characters and/or to the perspective of women authors. Writing assignments assess students' comprehension of texts and ability to apply analytical skills within the context of a gender-based theoretical framework. Conducted in Spanish.
