This c urse intr duces the architecture, structure, functi ns, c mp nents, and m dels f the Internet and ther c mputer netw rks. The principles f the SI and TCP layered m dels, IP addressing, the fundamentals f Ethernet c ncepts and media are expl red t pr vide a f undati n f r subsequent c urses. Labs use a hardware based 'm del internet' andsimulated envir nments t all w students t analyze real data.
