Teaching practicum in a specific area of study. Student SI leaders participate in leader training, attend classes for which they serve as leaders, prepare and lead study sessions that reinforce course content, model and teach effective study strategies. P/D/F only.

Introduction to managing human behavior in organizations. Individual behavior, interpersonal relationships, small groups, intergroup relations, leadership, change. Students apply concepts to realistic problems and dilemmas and evaluate their efforts by utilizing management concepts, theories, reasonings, guidance. Prerequisite: BA 277 or BA 345.
