Buildings Certification is a professional development program in the energy and resource efficient operation of buildings to qualify operations and maintenance staff for certification. It emphasizes performing and preparing hazardous waste interim status or permit inspections. It includes generator, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, waste monitoring, multimedia, and criminal inspections. It covers the relationship between Environmental Protection Agency and authorized state officials during inspections and how to prepare for an inspection.
