Available: fall, spring, summer 4 Cr. Hrs A study of earth's physical environment including weather, climate, soils, vegetation, landforms, and oceans. The interrelationships and interdependencies of each facet of the environment are studied, as well as the physical processes which act on the environment to produce the landscape. The lab provides opportunities to use maps, graphs, weather instruments and other materials used by geographers to study the earth, as well as an opportunity to practice the application of theoretical information learned during the lectures.
