The first year of the curriculum is a year long module divided into six systems-based blocks that run in parallel with the Essentials of Clinical Medicine course. This module introduces students to Gross Anatomy, Biochemistry, Development, Genetics, Histology, Neuroscience, Physiology, and Psychiatry.
