Prerequisite: MRI 101, MRI 110, and MRI 115 Co-requisite: MRI 111 Introduces the concepts of basic physics and instrumentation for magnetic resonance imaging. Topics include system operation and components, image processing and display, image quality and artifacts, gradients, and imaging parameters.

Prerequisite: MRI 102 and MRI 111 Co-requisite: MRI 112 Provides a comprehensive review of patient care, imaging procedures, imaging formation and data acquisition for the magnetic resonance imaging certification exam.

Prerequisite: Program admission Co-requisite: MRI 101 and MRI 115 Introduces students to the magnetic resonance imaging department and provides an opportunity for participation in and observation of MRI procedures. Topics include equipment utilization, imaging sequences, evaluation of MRI procedures, contrast medias, and progress toward completion of clinical competency evaluations.

Prerequisite: MRI 101, MRI 110, and MRI 115 Co-requisite: MRI 102 Intermediate course that reinforces learning obtained in MRI 110. Topics include equipment utilization, imaging sequences, evaluation of MRI procedures, contrast medias, and progress toward completion of clinical competency evaluations.

Prerequisite: MRI 102 and MRI 111 Co-requisite: MRI 108 This is a capstone course that reinforces and enhances learning obtained in MRI 110 and 111. Completion of the required ARRT clinical competency examinations and optimal Magnetic Resonance Imaging techniques are the goal of this course.

Prerequisite: Program admission Co-requisite: MRI 101, MRI 110 Provides knowledge of anatomy, pathology, scanning protocols, contrast administration, and contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging of the head and neck, spine, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, and musculoskeletal system.

Introduces the skills necessary for assisting physician in caring for skin. The student broadens knowledge of skin care by learning medical and scientific aspects of the skin.

Prerequisites: AHS 101, AHS 104, and MAS 101 Introduces the common skin conditions that motivate patients to seek professional treatment and how to identify certain medical conditions, in addition to the basic chemical reactions that take place in the skin. The student will develop the skills to treat conditions resulting from the environment, heredity, and lifestyles.

Prerequisites: AHS 101, AHS 104, and MAS 101 Introduces the various diseases and conditions of the skin, common skin allergens and reactions, and results of changes in skin characteristics. The student will have knowledge of types of skin injuries and how the skin is regenerated. The student will develop the skills to treat conditions resulting from the environment, heredity, and lifestyles. The student will perform multiple skin regenerating procedures.

Prerequisite: Provisional Admission Develops skills and behaviors necessary for successful supervision of people and job responsibilities. Emphasis will be placed on, real life concepts, personal skill development, applied knowledge and managing human resources. Course content is intended to help managers and supervisors deal with a dramatically changing workplace being affected by technology changes, a more competitive and global market place, corporate restructuring and the changing nature of work and the workforce. Topics include: Understanding The Manager's Job and Work Environment, Building an Effective Organizational Culture, Leading, Directing, and the Application of Authority, Planning, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving, Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Organizing, and Controlling.
