Some topics to be researched include: philosophical ethics, the application of ethical theory to situations involving computer technology, codes of conduct, privacy, data protection, employee privacy, data regulation, artificial intelligence, copyright/patent issues, computer malfunction liability, computer crime and responsibilities of computer users.
