Participants in this course will design curriculum and learning activities that facilitate the use of English as a Second Language in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In addition, participants will learn how to develop strategies for integrating school, neighborhood, and home resources to further the education of ESOL students. Graduate students will be given an extra assignment determined by the instructor that undergraduates will not be required to do.
