Second, it reviews different types of international (expatriate) assignments, and the tools and techniques vital to supporting these expatriate managers. Some of these human resource processes that impact expatriates include: recruitment and selection; training and development; and compensation. The final part of the course will focus on global issues directly pertaining to international human resource management.
