This course covers the history and applications of industrial robots, safety, system anatomy, spatial coordinate systems, and general maintenance. Through hands-on studies using Yaskawa Motoman industrial robots, students develop competency in operation and basic programming for tasks including material handling and welding. A course fee is required.
