Description:

Demonstrate effective planning and preparation, classroom management, and instructional delivery and demonstrate professionalism, time management and clerical task completion. The student teaching semester requires two placements of seven to eight weeks in duration. One placement will be with children, youth, and/or adolescents who are Deaf/hard of hearing (PK-12); the other placement will be in an early childhood setting (PK-4). Student teachers will systematically assume the role of each cooperating teacher.
