Prepares students with knowledge and pedagogical skills and practical experiences recommended for planning and teaching health and physical education to children in grades PK-4 in elementary schools. The students will plan and teach multiple times to apply best practices for classroom teachers to teach health and physical education. Students will plan and teach, showing a proactive approach to a positive, vigorous, and wellness-oriented lifestyle.
