Of varying focus, this sociology course broadly considers the culture, institutions, social stability, and social change in the host country, with emphasis on class, status, power, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and/or other sociological variables as student-mentor interest determines. To be taught as part of an approved study abroad program. Prerequisites: All GVSU director-based Study study Abroad abroad programs are by permit only.
