Topics include references, using application programming interfaces (APIs), online processing of data, recursion, and computational complexity and its impacts on program design. Introduction to objects/classes primarily from the perspective of APIs. Introduction to the Linux command line including utilities, scripting and version control. Offered fall and winter semesters.
