CMB 431 - Advanced Brewing

This course will give students the skills to brew beer using the all-grain method. Students will learn how to mill, mash and lauter the grain to produce wort. Students will culture yeast, perform aseptic technique, and use/maintain brewing equipment, all while brewing beer from their own designed recipes. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: CMB 350 (3 credits) or permission from instructor.
