Through exploration of theories, research and application, students will develop an understanding of the interdependence of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of adolescents within the contexts of the family, culture, and social institutions. Students will develop a strong foundation of understanding and support for the growth and well-being of all adolescents.
