Builds upon the ecological/system?s framework introduced in SWK 250 to extend this approach to larger systems in the social environment context. Considers the implications of system resources and configuration for meeting human needs. The role and function of generalist social workers to understand and advocate for system development and change is emphasized. Requires a group service learning project.
