Students who are enrolled in an internship within the Health Department will guide the content of their own learning experience at the internship site by developing learning objectives with the employer/internship site and faculty member at Normandale Community College. These objectives will be related to the skills that will be needed to approach real world work experiences, situations, decision making, interpersonal communication skills, and actively participate in organizational internal and external activities.
