This Honors-level course will provide a basic understanding of the concept of leadership skills. This is a humanities-based course which integrates classical and contemporary readings, as well as relevant films. The eleven-unit currirulum has been developed through a Kellogg Foundation Leadership Grant as part of the Phi Theta Kappa Leadership Development Program and is used nationally in academic settings and the business goals, ethics, conflict management, team building, and leading by serving.
