Description:

This course starts with an in-depth review of arithmetic topics before moving on to topics covered in an "algebra fundamentals" course. Students will perform operations on polynomials and rational expressions and solve linear equations that include such expressions. At the end MAT090X, students will have the same knowledge as those who take MAT 090 and will be ready to take the next level math class.
