Description: This course provides opportunities for observation of a certified athletic trainer in the clinical setting and to gain understanding of basic first aid and CPR skills that are utilized by athletic trainers. All experiences are obtained under the direct supervision of a certified athletic trainer. Emphasis will be on understanding traditional athletic training settings. Prerequisites: ATRN 251 or permission of instructor. Notes: Offered in fall and spring.
