This undergraduate course provides students in Public Health with a comprehensive and in-depth review of the principles and practices essential for effective leadership in the field of public health leadership and administration. It will explore leadership styles and theories, methods of strategic planning and decision making, policy development, and advocacy. The course integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications that provides students with the knowledge and skills to address complex public health challenges through team building and collaboration and ethics and social responsibility.
