This course is designed to help students write business and professional documents and in a broader sense to help students hone all their professional communication skills. It emphasizes a variety of organizational and problem-solving approaches that lead to logical conclusions and recommendations. Business English grammar is reviewed and discussed, as are conventions of both business etiquette and correspondence. Oral communication in a business context is also reviewed.
