Healthcare Operations is a comprehensive three-credit-hour course designed to equip early career healthcare professionals pursuing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) with essential knowledge and skills in various aspects of healthcare operations. Over 14 weeks students will delve into the intricacies of healthcare delivery resource management and process optimization. The course aims to introduce participants to the multifaceted facets of healthcare operations enabling them to identify and implement strategies for enhancing efficiency quality and patient outcomes within healthcare organizations. Through an integrated approaching students will gain valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of healthcare operations positioning them for success as future leaders in the ever-evolving healthcare industry. ***COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs)** At the successful conclusion of this course students will: 1.
