Healthcare Operations is a comprehensive three-credit-hour course designed to equip early career healthcare professionals pursuing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) with essential knowledge and skills in various aspects of healthcare operations. Over 14 weeks students will delve into the intricacies of healthcare delivery resource management and process optimization.
