Graduate art student course, follow up course from ART 6020. During this course students will write and practice the teaching of specific lesson plans geared toward artistic concepts and practices within their individual fields. Students will also actively engage with the public by offering intermittent lessons and short courses to different age groups in order to practice their lesson plans. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1.Create a collection of lesson plans according to best practices for teaching art. 2.Collaborate with others to accomplish a shared purpose or goal. 3.Organize, advertise, and conduct art lessons for the public. 4.Customize lesson plans for teaching artistic practices and concepts. Prerequisites: Instructor Permission.
