The writing studio is an active learning course that supports each student's individual goals as a college writer and critical reader. Students participate in workshop activities within a community of other writers in a student-centered learning space. The course emphasizes strategies and processes for adapting writing to different college-level audiences, purposes, genres, and fields of study.
