This course examines the material and design aspects of commercial wiring. Topics included are raceways, boxes, design requirements for conduit layouts, circuit overcurrent protection, branch circuit, receptacles, lighting control and lighting. The National Electric Code (NEC) will be used as a standard for the lab installations. Safety on the job will be emphasized in the course. Prerequisite(s): CONE 1119 Co-requisite(s): None
