In this class the farmer or agri-business person will learn the use of GPS-based guidance systems and how to incorporate their use into their farming practices to maximize speed, precision, and efficiency in farm operations. GPS guidance systems provide for efficient use of equipment and other crop inputs along with precise row placement to maximize land utilization leading to more uniformity and productivity for the user. The participants in this class will learn the basics of guidance systems and different levels of sophistication.
