This course offers students a history and overview of the development of unmanned aircraft vehicles, systems, payloads, and current Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) applications in the field. The goal of this course is to allow the student to understand the basic components of the UAS to include: workplace safety practices, aircraft documentation, UAS operations, and maintenance theories.
