This course has been designed and structured for students with very little or no musical background. Its goal is to provide you with the tools for a basic understanding of the rudiments of music. Course topics include: The Keyboard, Notation: Staff, and Melody, Clefs, Major Scales, Key Signatures, Minor Scales, Intervals, Triads and The Dominant Seventh Chord, Introduction to Rhythm and Meter, Basic Ear Training Exercises.
