This course is intended to teach the students an introduction to project management theory and application. This course enables students to discover the strategic role of projects in organizations, how projects are prioritized, tools, and techniques used to plan and schedule projects. Course objectives are that students will develop an understanding of concepts, processes, and knowledge areas critical to successful project completion, along with the development of their project plan. Prerequisite: None.
