Enhances therapeutic massage skills/techniques by adding cupping techniques to a massage session. Cupping is an alternative treatment used to manipulate soft tissue, by creating vacuum, stimulating circulation and assist in reducing inflammation. Students are taught the various types of cups used, safe handling and the benefits and contraindications. . This course includes a vacuum cupping set. This eight-training course is designed for licensed massage therapists and provides eight (8) continuing education units (CEUs).
