This course covers the procedures and techniques which social scientists use to describe, explain, and predict human behavior. Develops a critical understanding of research conclusions and basic research skills for conducting rigorous social science research. During the course, students complete an original research proposal. This course is offered as a 3-credit seminar paired with a 1-credit lab (4 credits total).
