This course focuses on the design of mechanical or thermo-fluid systems. Teams of students begin a year-long design project. Identification of opportunities, development of requirements, analysis and synthesis, generation of multiple solutions, standards. Prerequisite: Senior ME Status; ME 200/L, ME 320/L, ME 360/L, and ME 400/L; or permission of instructor. 3 Lecture Hours and 3 Laboratory Hours.
