In this course you will learn the fundamentals of Operations Management, en-hance your managerial insight and intuition, and improve your business decisions. This will be accomplished through: (i) understanding of the business environment and the structure of important operational problems; (ii) analysis of the relevant principles, issues, and trade-offs; and (iii) working knowledge of relevant methodo-logical tools, solution procedures, and guidelines. Prerequisites: MSB 200, CIS 110, and ECON 221. Must also take BUS 363L.
