Students will gain an understanding of a variety of database systems, including relational databases, and their interaction with software web applications. The focus is on the design, implementation, and administration of relational database systems addressing real world problems. Students will gain knowledge of the key principles associated with database systems and have practical experience in the design and implementation of database solutions that meet customer requirements. May be taken concurrently with CompTIA Certification. This is available for students successfully completing the course who want to test for the industry-recognized credential.
