Provides a supervised field placement in an agency setting. Reinforces students' identification with the purposes, values, and ethics of the profession fosters the integration of empirical and evidenced-based knowledge and promotes the development of professional competence for generalist social work practice. Field Education incorporates a culminating assignment for the Social Work program where learners demonstrate proficiency in social work knowledge, skills, and abilities.
