Develops further the four language skills through extensive and intensive practice in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The course emphasizes professional communication in the fields of politics, national security, and international relations. Russian language is taught in its cultural contexts, including history, culture, diversity, and comparison with studentsn++ native cultures. The course develops communicative language proficiency at the Intermediate-Mid and Intermediate-High sublevels (according to ACTFL proficiency scale).
