Provides an in-depth study of the cell including its structure and function. Focus is placed on the study of anatomic structures and related physicochemical mechanisms governing respiratory and cardiovascular function for advanced nursing practice in anesthesia. Students will be provided with leadership experiences with emphasis on development of a practitioner who can assume an independent role in providing anesthesia care.
