Explores middle ear measures and a variety of site of lesion tests. The course will cover acoustic immittance measures including tympanometry and acoustic reflex measures for detection of middle ear disorders and site of lesions tests to differentiate cochlear versus retrocohlear pathology. Methods for the detection of nonorganic hearing loss will be presented.
