Provides students with an understanding of the estate planning process. The course covers the basic concept of estate planning and different types of property interests. Students will learn broad estate planning by further discussions on topics of probate process, tax strategies, trusts, deductions, and charitable giving. Life insurance in estate planning and generation-skipping transfers will also be discussed.
