For students who want to be employed as library research tutors. This course fulfills the training requirement to work in the Utah Tech University library as a tutor. It also fulfills the requirements for CRLA (College Reading and Learning Association) national tutor certification. The course gives a practical background for academic assistance and teaches student tutors how to empower other students with the skills and the confidence needed to succeed academically.
