This course integrates aesthetic and technical challenges and strengthens visual problem- solving skills using the medium of digital photography. This class builds on the basics of digital cameras image editing software, and digital printing processes. Projects address a range of design, aesthetic, and conceptual issues fundamental to the art of digital photography. Strong emphasis is on the strengthening of both a technical foundation and a critical awareness of the medium as a creative tool. Prerequisite(s): ART 1031 with a grade of C or higher
