This course introduces techniques for planning and executing a photo shoot, with a specific focus on lighting. Topics include qualities and impacts of light; flash vs natural light; lighting for portraits and products; and the use of cameras, light meters, and other equipment. Students are required to furnish a DSLR or mirrorless digital camera. Prerequisite(s): PHOT 1071 with a grade of "C" or higher
