Designed to reinforce students' abilities to identify and critically evaluate structural inequalities, implicit values, and power relations across for-profit, nonprofit, and governmental sectors that shape the communities with which they engage. Includes discussion of theoretical frameworks for understanding equality/inequality as well as mechanisms for assessing inclusion and equity. Offered winter semester.
