This course provides an introduction to the development of evidence-based practice for recreational therapy. Students will learn how to use this information as a practitioner and manager to make treatment decisions and develop improved practice interventions. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: STA 610 and either admission into the Master of Science in recreational therapy (one-year program) or RTX 590 for students in the Master of Science int recreational therapy (two-year program).
