This course is designed to introduce the student to diagnositc medical sonography of the breast. In this course, the student will study specific protocols for the investigation of the breast and related structures. Specific anatomic and pathologic information necessary for the clinical practice of breast sonography will be discussed. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
