Investigations of theoretical and experimental approaches to understanding the diversity, structure, and function of aquatic and terrestrial ecological communities. Coursework consists of lectures and discussion of primary literature as well as an independent student project. Suitable for graduate students in biology, Annis Water Resources Institute, and natural resource management. Offered winter semester of odd-numbered years.
